Untitled Mass Effect Game

EA purchased BioWare back in 2007 to make a Star Wars game that would become The Old Republic MMORPG.

The famed composer behind Journey, Sword of the Sea, and The Banner Saga reveals he'd been working on the canceled Mass Effect's soundtrack in the wake of BioWare's closure.

While the trailer hasn't been officially confirmed, it seems legitimate. The game would have been called Mass Effect Universe.

Electronic Arts is closing the doors on its RPG studio and canceling the in-development Mass Effect.

We reached out to the creators of several long-awaited games for signs of life.

Sounds like there won't be any Commander Shepard in this adaptation.

While the character could be someone we know, their outfit suggests it might be someone new, despite connections to the previous four Mass Effect games.
