Combat is the best part of Beast of Reincarnation, courtesy of a satisfying combat system filled with experimentation and tense fun. If only the rest of Game Freak's venture into the action space matched it.
Virtue’s Last Reward kept me addicted, challenged, and constantly guessing. As the sequel to 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors, it lives up to its legacy and invigorates the graphic adventure genre.
With a lull in the RPG genre, this is the perfect time to captivate new audiences. Mugen Souls has that potential, but then totally eviscerates it by trying to do too much.
